- Adem Kapur performed for years comprehensive private studies in the fields of Physics, Psychology, Medicine, Philosophy, Pedagogies, Sociology, Science of Language and Communications and Economics.
- 1991 Foundation of the science of Energology as a summary of the various study domains and own research results
- Foundation of the ZGW Zeit-, Geist- und Wesensanalytik e.V. a socially active non-profit organisation.
- 1996 Foundation of the IFE the scientific institute of Energology which since that time researches in the various scientific domains
- 1998 Honour of Adem Kapur for his hitherto life-work through the admission to the encyclopaedia of persons “Who is Who”
- 1999 Foundation of PMS Personal Masters Systems, the consulting firm for regenerative economical and business system
- 2000 Development of the 3dManagement, the innovative postgraduate study for managers and executives for the development of future oriented leadership competence as a result of the research project “the management of the future” based on the science of Energology.
- 2000 Foundation of the AKE Academy of Energology, the first teaching institution of Energology world wide
- Foundation of the KDE Cooperation of Energology, a consolidation of seven institutions and companies all of them operating on the basis of the science of Energology
